Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Return Process:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and specify the desired exchange in your request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
